Plattsburgh YMCA Scholarship Assistance Application

The YMCA provides financial assistance to all who qualify. Through the support of generous donors, financial assistance is available based on income, demonstrated need, and available funding. Submission of an application is not a guarantee that you will be eligible for assistance.

Please follow the procedures listed below:

1. Download & Complete the Scholarship Application
    
2. Fill out the application in its entirety. Submit the completed application along with the required proof of income (a copy of most recent federal income tax return to the Y Front Desk or email it to smunn@plattsburghymca.org.
3. If you qualify for assistance, you will receive either an email or phone call notifying you of your award and instructions for your next steps.
4. To finalize your enrollment, visit the YMCA in person with a government-issued photo ID to confirm your acceptance of the award and activate your scholarship.”
