  • Call during open hours to speak with the front desk and reserve a lap lane in advance.  Two people are assigned per lane.  Do not leave a voicemail for a reservation.  It will not be honored.
  • Bring your own towel and goggles.  Kickboards, pull buoys, fins, jogging belts may be used. 
  • Rinse off before entering the pool area. No street shoes allowed on deck.  Leave your personal belongings in a locker, or poolside on the chair at the end of your reserved lane.
  • Do not enter the pool area early.  Remain in the locker room until your assigned time.  You may not wait on deck for your lane to be empty.
  • Do not jump lanes to extend your swim time.  If you would like to swim longer, you must ask the lifeguard (not another member) at the end of your time if there is a lane available.  The lane must be completely empty for you to extend your time.
  • Children using lap swim:
    • children must be able to swim on their own without a floatation device or assistance
    • children under 13 must have a parent/adult in the water with them
    • children over 13 may swim on their own but may not use the pool for rec swim activity
    • lifeguard may request a swim test from a child at any time if they are unsure of their abilities (Swim Test: swimming 4 lengths of the pool without stopping, and treading  water for one minute)

If you are unable to swim at your reserved time, please call to cancel.  We often have a waitlist of people for swim spots that we can call.
