Senior Water Exercise Classes
This Class is designed to meet the needs of active older adults over 60. Choose either shallow or deep water for excercises that follow the Arthritis Foundation Aquatics Exercise program guidelines to help make your daily living easier and pain free. The class focuses on improving your range of motion, strength, and flexibility. This class is free and sponsored by the Clinton County Office for the Aging. You do not need to be a YMCA member to participate. Those who are not YMCA members are encouraged to make a donation.
