Our adult pool exercise program offers a variety of classes for you to choose from, based on your needs, style and swimming ability. Each class is a little different, but all of them include expert instruction and loads of fun.
Shallow end fun class to high energy music using Aqua dumbbells, Aqua Tabata is a total body workout consisting of 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest, switching movements every other set.
Aqua Fit is a flexible program where members can choose their own intensity level for cardio and strength training. We provide water barbells, noodles and other equipment as you exercise to music at either end of the pool.
Active Older Adult Water Exercise
Enjoy the nenefits of a great workout in either the shallow or deep end of the pool. Improve your range of motion, flexibility, strength, and endurance while working at your own pace. You do not need to know how to swim.
Scuba Diving (no session currently scheduled)
Our scuba diving program is offered in the fall and spring, taught by certified volunteers who love the sport and want to help people learn safely. This program runs approximately 8 weeks and includes classroom lectures, in-pool skills and open water check-out dives. The successful completion of the course results in a SEI (Scuba Educators International) certification.
