REGISTRATION WILL GO LIVE at 7am March 10th, 2025 for Members
Camp registrations begin in March and fills up fast! Camp Tapawingo is for children ages 5-13 years old (post-Kindergarten), structured by age into groups of up to 12 campers. Camp runs Monday thru Friday from 9:00-4:00pm for 4 sessions during the summer.
PLEASE NOTE: Camp Tapawingo is not open during Session 5. Please register for Camp Jericho instead.

Fees, registration and general information
Please note: At the registration link above you will log in to your membership account to register. If you are not a Y member, you will be prompted to first create an account before registering. You will select "Non Member" for the account type.
We strongly suggest you login to your account prior to registration day to ensure you have access and no delays on registration day.
Please also note that if a 3rd party provider is paying for your child's camp, you WILL NOT register online. You will register in-person at the YMCA Front Desk (Oak Street only). You MUST HAVE a copy of a letter from the provider stating that they will covering your camp registration fees or you will not be able to register. If your child has a Y Scholarhips, you also WILL NOT register online - you will register at the YMCA Front Desk only.
Immunizations records will need be up-to-date and a printed copy provided directly to the YMCA Front Desk (Oak Street location) prior to camp. Faxed and emails copies can't be accepted.

Scholarship Applications
Apply for financial assistance before March 16th, limited number of spots reserved. Completed scholarship application form, proof of income, and a letter stating why you want a camp scholarship are required for a scholarship application to be reviewed.

Making Camp Payments
It is strongly encouraged that families make advance payments for camp before the full payment deadline of May 17th. You can call and make a payment via phone or stop in to the Y to make a payment at anytime during our business hours. You can also submit your request online.
If you'd like to make a one time, lump payment, click the Submit Payment Authorization button below.
If you'd like to make a payment plan arrangement to spread your payment out over time, click the Request Payment Plan button below.
